CAS-PASAY HOSTS FORUM ON CENTRIST DEMOCRACY The College of Arts and Sciences, Arellano University, Jose Abad Santos Campus, in partnership with Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS), and Centrist Democratic Movement (CDM)- Manila recently organized a seminar-forum on emerging trends in political and institutional reforms with special attention on the essential features of Centrist Democracy.
