To a new college graduate, getting the right job can be a grueling experience. The organization of the Arellano University Job Placement Office (JPO) intends to lighten this problem.
To strengthen the JPO, on September 24, 2024, Mr. Francisco P. V. Cayco, Chairman and CEO of Arellano University signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), represented by Atty. Joel P. Pataca, Director II, NCR Manila Field Office and Mr. Fernan B. Bermejo, City Department Head III of the Public Employment Service Office (PESO), City of Manila.
The services of the AU Job Placement Office are the following:

- Skill Development Workshops
- Internship Opportunities
Ms. Sonia Dignadice heads the AU Job Placement Office.
It is noteworthy that in the Philippines, AU is the first educational institution to put up a Job Placement Office. For AU, this is a manifestation of its credo of service: to serve its students from enrolment to employment.
The program includes the Senior High School graduates, since some of them do not have the resources to continue their studies and finish their college education.
