AIH Conducts Orientation Seminar for CS/IT Students

About a hundred Computer Science and IT students attended the seminar “Study and Career Opportunities for Computer Science Orientation” held at the Little Theater in Juan Sumulong Campus on November 4, 2024. The event intended to give the audience an overview on the potential academic pathways in Australia.

Two representatives from the Australian Institute of Higher Education (AIH) Ms. Anne Rullan, Regional Manager of AIH shared insights on studying abroad and advancing academic careers for the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) and Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) students, while Ms. Monette Fetalvero, General Manager of BADA Philippines discussed the fees, scholarships and processes in going to Australia to study.

The students engaged with the guests through the question and answer session.

In his closing remarks, Mr. Philip Flores, AU Director of ETEEAP and International Academic Linkages, encouraged the students to embrace the vast opportunities in their field and pursue their goals with passion and determination.
