The Arellano University College of Nursing Alumni Association of America (AUCNAAA) held its 7th Global Reunion in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 4-6, 2024. The affair featured the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of AUCN Batch 1974 and the Grand Homecoming of AUCN Batch 1969, marking their 55th Anniversary.
Representing AU in the gathering were Atty. Frederick G. Dedace PhD, Vice President for Human Resources Development and Director of Legal Affairs; Ms. Sonia Dignadice, Director of Alumni Services and Placement Office; Mr. Philip Flores, Director of International Academic Linkages and the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP); Ms. Ruhiyyih, Clinical and Research Coordinator and ETEEAP Internal Assessor.
On the first day of the affair, Director Philip Flores discussed AU’s nursing programs including the International Nursing Program (INP) and the BSN program via the ETEEAP. On the second day, VP Frederick Dedace and Director Sonia Dignadice offered inspirational messages to the alumni. Also, the AU officials awarded the formal recognition of the AUNCAAA as an accredited alumni organization of Arellano University.
